Dining room
Kitchen
The kitchen opens onto the dining room and is fully equipped (4-burner induction cooker, extractor hood, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, fridge and freezer). Complete tableware. Kitchen utensils, small appliances, pressure cooker. Cleaning products. Some basic products are available (salt, pepper, oil and spices). Loan of raclette, fondue and pierrade equipment on request.

The air-conditioned fitness room is equipped with a treadmill, elliptical trainer, indoor bike and punching bag. Everything you need to stay in shape!
Cinema / gaming room
Dedicated to movie and video game lovers, the cinema room offers a large screen TV with numerous channels + VOD service, a DVD/Blu-ray player and a game console. Many DVDs are available, others are on loan (on request).
Outdoor terrace
Enjoy the garden and a large shaded terrace to relax and play Ping Pong or eat around a gas plancha.
Tree house

The tree house is accessible (under the responsibility of the guests).

The cottage offers 4 double bedrooms, 1 triple bedroom and 4 bathrooms. The rooms are equipped with air-conditioning, storage space, bedside tables and USB sockets.

Breakfast kit
Breakfast starter kit available on arrival, 5.50€ per person aged 3+ participating in the stay. To be booked at least 72 hours before the start of the stay.
Kit includes: 3 coffee pods/person, tea, butter, sugar, chocolate powder, Nutella, honey, choice of cereals and jams, orange juice + delivery of brioche and bread the first morning after arrival.

The owners
Nhu Anh & Henri
Of Vietnamese origin, Nhu Anh Desormeaux was born and lived in the Paris area until 2021. After graduating from engineering school in 1994, she worked for 7 years in business consultancy, then 20 years in the aeronautics industry.
Her husband, Henri Desormeaux, grew up in Normandy, then after graduating from business school in Paris, he began his career in IT consulting. He has now been working in this field for 30 years.
Married since 1998, parents of 3 boys, they decided in 2015 to buy this old farmhouse and gradually converted it into their haven of rest, 1h15 from their home in the Paris area.
In 2021, after a difficult year marked by the COVID-19, they decided to leave the Paris area. After all these years of “champion” careers, they now live at the Champion!
Henri continues his career as a teleworker, while Nhu Anh has left her job as an engineer to devote herself to this cottage and their children.

“We had a wonderful weekend with our family. Nhu Anh and her husband are generous hosts. Communication is smooth, and Nhu Anh is responsive and pleasant.
The place is very well equipped, with something for everyone, including a sauna, pool table, ping pong table, etc.
The rooms are clean, and the upstairs rooms have a private shower and toilet for each room. What a luxury!
Everything is well soundproofed and insulated, so even though there were 10 of us, everyone was able to sleep peacefully.

“Nice quiet neighborhood in the middle of nowhere. That’s why the shops are far away. The house is spacious, with lots of playground equipment and a large lawn. The owners live on the same property but respect your privacy. We had a great week with the whole family and two dogs. Even the Wi-Fi was sufficient for three children working online.”

“We booked this cottage for a family reunion with five couples and had a wonderful time.
Although we weren’t able to enjoy the outdoors due to the weather, we were more than able to keep ourselves busy with the many activities available indoors.
The three upstairs bedrooms were extremely comfortable and quiet. Everyone could sleep peacefully even while others were playing pool downstairs.
We discovered the benefits of the jacuzzi and sauna. A real moment of relaxation with the family!

A real break for everyone with great services that delighted everyone: very beautiful building very well renovated with multiple activities: large reception table on a semi-open kitchen which allows to have super convivial moments, another room with a corner sofas, hifi, billiards and super Roland piano, a video room and console games ( Mortal Combat and Sonic … ), a sports room adjoining the spa with sauna (the 95 degrees were reached 👍 ), large jacuzzi of very great quality (various jets, possibility of plays of light and music) and very large shower. Spa room that is very well isolated from the rest.
Upstairs chess, pinball and table football. In short, something for everyone!
The rooms are of very high quality with a very good quality of sleep.
